The Naqshbandī renewal of the second millennium

Overview

A Naqshbandī reform branch founded by Imām Rabbānī Aḥmad Sirhindī, the Mujaddidiyya reasserted classical Sunnī orthodoxy in Mughal India while refining Naqshbandī contemplative doctrine into the science of the laṭāʾif.
